Eerste kennismaking met Sjef’s table. Heerlijk gegeten. 2 kozen voor alleen vis. Daarbij een vegetarisch gerecht wat we allebei minder vonden. Verder mooie en lekkere gerechten. En leuke aandacht van gastheer en gastvrouw. Sfeer in het restaurant vonden we wat minder. Ik persoonlijk mis dan het groen van een paar mooie planten bijv. En wat intiemere verlichting.
We hebben 6 erg lekkere gangetjes gegeten bij Sjefs Table, met veel aandacht voor presentatie en verschillende smaken. Door de heldere uitleg van Jack de Sjef ga je ook beter letten op wat je allemaal proeft. Kortom het was een topavond! Enig puntje van kritiek is dat de ruimte qua aankleding en sfeer wat mij betreft een update zou verdienen om op gelijke hoogte met het eten te komen :)
Heerlijk vijf gangen diner, goede sfeer en bediening, met perfect bijpassende wijnen.

Welcome to the restaurant with an open kitchen and let yourself be pampered culinarily with the traditional and delicious dishes they prepare from the classic kitchen. Delicious luxury dishes with a solid base in the classic cuisine with influences from the Orient. Of course also a nice wine list with beautiful wines from the Old World and surprising wines from the New.
Sjef's Table works as much as possible with local suppliers and adjusts the menus to the season and the available products. Preference is given to organic products so that you can taste the honesty of the dishes. And of course, do not forget the passion that the chef puts into the dishes!
