Hebben bijzonder goed gegeten, wordt met liefde bereid. Geweldige bediening.
Dank je Martin voor deze positieve review. Was ook erg leuk om voor jullie te koken, niet alleen omdat jullie zo enthousiast waren over de gerechten met de verrassende smaakcombinaties, maar ook om onze culinaire ervaringen uit te wisselen. Hopelijk tot een volgende keer.
We waren hier voor een High wine. Hartelijke ontvangst met steeds uitgebreide informatie over de wijn en het eten. Waar het vandaan komt en hoe het bereid is. Veel lokale producten. Heerlijk gegeten met verschillende gerechten en de wijn was subliem. Dit was met recht een verwenmiddagje en genieten! Helaas vergeten foto's te maken.......dat doen we de volgende keer!
Dank je Jolanda en leuk om te lezen dat jullie zo genoten hebben van de highwine, bestaande uit 3 heerlijke glazen wijn met 3 bijpassende gerechtjes. Normaliter kies je bij het gerecht immers de wijn, maar bij de highwine draaien wij het om. Maar zoals je zelf ook beleefd hebt is het bij ons wat anders als dat je doorgaans in de horeca gewend bent en hou ik van verrassende smaakcombinaties in mijn gerechten. Jammer dat jullie het zo ervaren hebben, maar eerlijk gezegd voelde ik op de avond zelf al aan, dat wij qua restaurant niet bij jullie pasten. En dat kan nu eenmaal gebeuren. Uiteindelijk bind iedere horecazaak gasten aan zich, die zich bij het gebodene prettig voelen en een leuke middag of avond beleven. En dat is ook het leuke van Dining with the stars, waarmee je voor een leuke prijs kennis kunt maken met een restaurant naar keuze. En dat vele gasten ons concept waarderen blijkt wel uit de reviews, die wij al binnenkregen en ook na deze review weer mochten ontvangen. Het concept wat wij bieden is overigens ook niet "zomaar" ontstaan, maar is een bewuste keuze. In het verleden heb ik voor een bureau ongeveer 10 jaar mystery guest onderzoeken uitgevoerd in restaurants en hotels en was op basis van deze ervaringen van mening dat het op sommige punten ook anders kan. En met die insteek ben ik in 2020 met dit restaurant begonnen. Ik "probeer" dan eigenlijk ook niets, maar is het gebodene qua gerechten, sfeer en service een hele bewuste keuze. En dat past bij je of niet. In jullie geval helaas dus niet, maar daar is verder ook niets mis mee. In ieder geval toch bedankt voor je review, want iedere review, die uit het hart gegeven wordt is een cadeautje voor iedere horeca ondernemer. En zo ervaar ik deze review dan ook.
