Lekker gegeten, persoonlijke aandacht, verrassende smaakcombinaties, chef Hans durft wat en dat pakt meestal goed uit. Juist daarom verbazen frieten met een simpele salade bjj hoofdgerecht.
Wij hebben een leuke avond met heerlijk eten en lekkere wijn gehad.
Dank je Mariska voor deze mooie waardering. Het was ook voor ons erg leuk om voor jullie te koken en je gezin een leuke avond te bezorgen. De door je man gekozen wijnen zijn zeker heerlijk, maar waren ook niet de minste. Voor de witte wijn een top chablis en voor de rode wijnen een pracht van een Grand Cru uit de bordeaux. Wij vinden het ook leuk om een gebalanceerde wijnkaart te hebben met voor ieder wat wils, maar dan wel in de "normale" prijsklasse van 25 tot 85 euro. En zoals je zelf al aangaf: Tot de volgende keer!!
Het was welliswaar rustig in het restaurant maar de sfeer was gelijk goed bij binnenkomst. Vriendelijk en informeel alsof je bij goede vrienden bent. Wij hadden het 6-gangen verrassingsmenu. Dank je Emile voor de waardering met 3x10 voor het eten, de sfeer en de gastvrijheid, die wij onze gasten proberen te geven en dit gaat - zoals je dit zelf ervaren, verder dan alleen maar lekker eten. Koken doe ik, zoals jullie dit zelf hebben ervaren, met passie, maar ook de gastvrijheid en sfeer is een belangrijk onderdeel van ons concept. Voor ons staat het enthousiasme van jullie beiden in ons geheugen gegrift. Als je zegt,dat het jaren geleden is, dat je in Nederland zo lekker heb gegeten, zoals je dat gisteren aangaf, dan betekent dat nogal wat. Het gaat mij primair om smaak en zet de gerechten pas op tafel als ik ze zelf echt lekker vind. En dat wordt door heel veel vaste gasten inmiddels erg gewaardeerd en komen regelmatig terug, zoals jullie gisteren ook aangaven zeker terug te komen. Hopelijk kunnen wij je dan wederom op dezelfde manier verrassen, dus tot de volgende keer!!

Dank je André voor je review. Leuk om te lezen dat jullie genoten hebben van de gerechten met de verrassende smaakcombinaties. Naast het garnituur op het bord lijkt de salade inderdaad simpel te zijn, maar v.w.b. de frietjes zijn ook dit huisgemaakte frietjes met huisgemaakte mayonaise. Zoals je hebt ervaren en geproefd wordt alles in eigen keuken bereid en komt er bij ons niets uit een pakje of potje, zo ook de frietjes en de mayo. Gelet op je feedback ga ik wel eens nadenken over de geserveerde salade. Wellicht kan het toch wat anders worden. Dank daarvoor en graag tot een volgende keer!!
