In 't Ganzenest in the green Rijswijk, chef and host Erik Tas creates authentic allure and accessible quality, expanded with the space and facilities that this location has to offer. With the natural, genuine hospitality and service to make the guest feel completely at home. This restaurant loves to spoil its guest with special meals.

Erik has gained experience with several big names such as Parkheuvel in Rotterdam and Zwetheul in Schipluiden. Then he chose his own path with the opening of Bij Erik in Leidschendam and later, the opening of restaurant/hotel 't Ganzenest.
