5 gangen diner uitgebreid met kaasplateau. Heten eten is van uitstekende kwaliteit en met zorg bereid en opgemaakt, maar we kwamen geen verrassende combinaties tegen. Wijnen die we erbij geschonken kregen waren wat vlak van smaak en complementeerde het eten daardoor minder. Zeer uitgebreide kaaswagen!

Fantastische lunch gehad. Heerlijke gerechten met bijpassende wijnen. Goed verzorgd en uitgelegd.

Eten was niet ster-waardig.
Service ook niet. Duurde bijna een uur voordat we de eerste gang kregen. Bij het tweede voorgerecht kwam de wijn toen we al klaar waren..
Viel ons, al met al, erg tegen.
We hadden geboekt met Restaurant Week, maar dat mag geen verschil maken toch?

Erik has gained experience with several big names such as Parkheuvel in Rotterdam and Zwetheul in Schipluiden. Then he chose his own path with the opening of Bij Erik in Leidschendam and later, the opening of restaurant/hotel 't Ganzenest. Every month, he cooks fantastic meals using the ingrediënts of the season, to surprise his guests every time.
