Perfecte garing, mooie smaakcombinaties (rogvleugel met een jus van eekhoorntjesbrood, gele biet en witte chocolade, ik bedoel maar).
Goede wijnen, en voor mij nog belangrijker: goede port.
Tel daarbij op dat de bediening ook top is: deskundig, professioneel en toch huiselijk.
Lekker gegeten en bij ieder gerecht een heerlijk glas wijn!
