Lunch in het kader van de "Restaurantweek" was top.
Heerlijke keuzegerechten met veel smaaksensaties.
Porties uitgewogen en voldoende.
Kortom dit smaakt naar meer!
Opvallende kleine porties. Hoofdgerecht telde 2 ravioli flapjes met 4 gamba's. Verder niks erbij. Ik ben geen grote eter , maar deze keer ging ik met honger van tafel.
Het voorgerecht, ik had de forel, die had weinig smaak. Ik verwacht toch een bepaalde smaak sensatie, die heb ik helaas niet ervaren in dit restaur...

Drink je huiswijn dan laat men niet zien welke wijn er geschonken wordt.
Wat ik echter vooral kwalijk vind is dat er een toeslag bij een nagerecht, de kaas, gerekend wordt. Zet het dan niet op de kaart.

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Abend in Maastricht verbracht. Sehr gut fanden wir das aus verschiedenen Gerichten gewählt werden konnte ( jeweils 3 Gerichte ) und alles was wir gegessen hatten war sehr gut. Die Bedienung war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
