Zeer prettige avond met bijzondere kwaliteit eten.
Prima gegeten. Mooi opgemaakte borden, lekkere smaakcombinaties, goede wijnkaart. De inrichting van het restaurant mag wel wat toegankelijker. Ietwat oudbollig en te stijf. Mag wat losser.
Voor een zo goed aangeschreven restaurant viel het eten ons toch iets tegen bv bij de carpaccio zaten er harde steeltjes tussen die niet te eten waren. Mijn vrouw had lamsrack bestelt maar deze was niet goed gegaard. Zij heeft overigens wel een tweede gekregen die wel goed was. Wij hebben gebruik gemaakt van een twe...

Wij hebben gebruik gemaakt van een twee gangen menu (ipv drie) en constateerde achteraf thuis dat er geen 50% in mindering was gebracht.
