Van de amuses tot en met het fantastische chocoladetoetje was het een culinaire ontdekkingsreis. Een lekker glaasje wijn erbij maakte het af. Toen we bij het toetje nog wat meer caramelsaus (gemaakt van beenmerg!) vroegen, kregen we dat ook. De bediening was gezellig en ongedwongen. We zaten in de serre met uitzicht op het water. Kortom een fijne en ontspannen middag gehad. .
Heerlijk eten... Ik mis wel een alcoholvrij wijnarrangement. Eten was mooi en technisch goed gemaakt en smaak zeker op Michelin-sterrenniveau. Qua sfeer vond ik het een beetje te druk... soms was de ober moeilijk te verstaan
