Gisteren weer waanzinnig gegeten bij Rijnzicht. Dit is het best bewaarde geheim van Doorneburg!
Extra verrassing dat ze net afgelopen maandag als meest veelbelovende restaurant door Gault Millau zijn uitgeroepen en terecht! Het eten was heerlijk en verrassend. Daar houden wij van. Sfeer niet de volle 5 sterren gegeven omdat er nogal een leeggat in de ruimte zat. Het leek of er een tafel weg was gehaald daardoo...

Daar houden wij van. Sfeer niet de volle 5 sterren gegeven omdat er nogal een leeggat in de ruimte zat. Het leek of er een tafel weg was gehaald daardoor was het iets minder gezellig. Bediening erg vriendelijk en top dat de kok die het gerecht maakt het ook uit serveert. Afstemming tussen het brengen van de wijn en het eten kan nog wat scherper. Verwacht dat ze snel een ster zullen krijgen.
Het restaurant is geweldig, absoluut Michelin ster waardig.
De amuses zijn verrassend en heel erg lekker, zo ook de rest van het 5 gangen diner.
Helaas was de reservering via Dining city niet doorgekomen vanwege een fout bij Dining City. Dat schijnt meer voor te komen.
Het restaurant heeft dat perfect opgelost en zo konden we alsnog genieten van een heerlijke en smaakvolle avond.
