Alle gerechten zijn echt een lust voor het oog, en daarnaast ook nog voor de mond. Prettige bediening, zeer deskundig. Leuk dat verschillende koks ook langs komen. De inrichting vonden wij wat koel, maar de rest maakte dat meer dan goed.

Het experimentele karakter gaat tot het randje. Maar nergens vond ik dat het avontuur ten koste van de smaakbeleving ging. En de bediening is heel attent, informeel en professioneel. Het jeugdig enthousiasme spat er werkelijk vanaf. Mooi dat de gerechten worden uitgeserveerd door de keukenbrigade zelf. Dat directe contact voegt veel toe.
Enig minpuntje voor ons: de ruimtelijke sfeer. Zwart kan, maar dan als contrast voor wat spetterende kleur. Het is toch niet de bedoeling dat zo’n gastvrij huis een grafsfeer uitstraalt? Mijn naam hiervoor: dictaat van een binnenhuis ayatollah! Luister nooit meer naar zo iemand, zou mijn advies zijn!
Ruimtelijke omgeving beïnvloedt indringend of iemand zich prettig, thuis voelt. Luie architecten negeren dat aspect, spelen slechts met hun lineaaltje. Dat thuis laten voelen doen jullie nu prima via je prettige aanwezigheid, maar het kan dus nog effectiever.
