Wederom gekozen voor het 6 gangen tasting menu, tongstrelend gemaakt door hun koks en geserveerd door top bediening met uitleg bij elk gerecht. Neem je tijd en laat je smaakpapillen genieten. Foto van hoe je een Pekingeend flensje klaarmaakt (de eerste door de bediening samengesteld voor één gelukkige aan tafel), de rest mag daarna zelf het flensje samenstellen
