The first course was probably the most interesting, with a tasty crunchy halibut served next to a mixture of sorbet, diced bell pepper, sesame chips with tzatziki, and gazpacho -- a super unique combination of tastes and textures that all went surprisingly well together! For the second course we had langostine -- I think my first time eating this animal (a kind of miniature lobster), it was interesting to try it! For the main course, the veal was cooked to perfection. We had an arrangement of several sides, the most interesting were the mini-waffles, and a paste of baked aubergine with garlic that was really great. For dessert I was the most impressed with the wine pairing, a sparkling sweet but light white wine, might be one of my favourite dessert wines I have tried so far! Our waitresses and waiters were very kind and engaging and made an effort to explain each dish in English. All in all it really was an experience to dine here, I would absolutely recommend it.
