Alle 10 de gangen waren mooi opgediend en met veel zorg bereid. We kregen een zeer divers smaak pallet voorgeschoteld. Mijn vrouw koos voor een wijnarrangement (5 halve glazen) in voor twee glazen wijn bij de gang naar keuze. De champagne vooraf was een pareltje en de wijnen waren top en met zorg geselecteerd bij de gang. Absoluut de moeite van het bezoeken waard.
Mooi gelegen restaurant in historisch pand met een rustige schaduwrijke tuin afgesloten van de drukte van het centrum. 10 gangen plus een paar mooie en bijzondere amuses. De meest bijzondere gerechten zaten in het begin van de reeks. Zoals het eitje en het gerechtje met paling. Alle gerechten bij elkaar een goede reden om ook te gaan of ervoor terug te komen.
