Heerlijke 4 gangen menu gegeten. De hoeveelheden waren goed op elkaar afgestemd en de combinaties verrassend.

Een achtergebleven hagel-kogeltje zorgde voor een gebroken kies. De zalm-forel en kabeljauw waren prima. De damherten filet was eveneens lekker mals en zeer smakelijk. Het citroen- sorbetijs met ananas smaakte verrukkelijk en 4 van de 5 kaasjes van de plank gingen gretig naar binnen. De gastheer wist genoeg te vertellen bij de gerechten en de wijnen. Kortom: een echte aanrader!
Heerlijk gegeten. We hadden het verrassingsmenu voor de lunch en alles smaakte goed. Het tempo mocht misschien wel iets hoger (we hebben bijna 3 uur gezeten voor lunch) maar de service was echt goed. Ze hadden zelfs nog lekkere 'wijn' (vruchtennectar) om toch fatsoenlijk te kunnen proosten met mijn zwangere buik.
