De kok introduceerde een nieuw 6-gangen lente menu (dit wijzigt elke 2 maanden). We vonden het heel geslaagd, met als uitschieters
een prachtige subtiele amuse met paté en rode biet (zie foto), een voorgerecht met asperges met 2 soorten zalm, een kleurrijk gerecht met runder tartaar/carpaccio, en lamsvlees als hoof...

Het bijpassende wijnarrangement omvatte een aantal verassende wijnen zoals een Moldavische rode wijn, heerlijk. De bediening door de kok-eigenaar zelf was uitstekend met veel informatie over de lokale producten. Het restaurant is gevestigd in een schitterende molen in het prachtige dorpje Onderdendam. Een echte aanrader!
