Voortreffelijk gegeten! We hadden het 7-gangen verrassingsmenu gekozen. Elke gang weer een plaatje op t bord de smaken overheerlijk waarbij de eendepaté ,in laagjes als idee van spekkoek, een enorme smaaksensatie was.
De ontvangst, de sfeer, het eten en de wijnen die passen bij het eten. Het is een compleet pakket. Wat in zijn geheel klopt bij de Bottermarck.
We hebben gesmuld van een heerlijke 4-gangen lunch met smakelijke amuse. Ondanks het feit dat het restaurant geheel bezet was, werden we op het terras attent en vlot bediend door een lieve dame. Top!

About De Bottermarck
Restaurant De Bottermarck is located in the heart of Kampen and has a terrace on the Botermarkt with large sunshades, lighting, heating, a bar and music. All the things needed for a fun time, in a cozy, romantic atmosphere. The building "De Bottermarck" dates from 1553 and has a long history.
The dishes that De Bottermarck serves are compiled with seasonal products from the region, and therefore change seasonally.
In addition to the a la carte menu, Restaurant De Bottermarck also serves menus, with a choice of fish, meat, vegetarian or a combination of these. You can have lunch and dinner, as well as a high tea here.
