I arrived on time at 12:00, but the owner flush me out by saying they are closed, they open half hours later, put me standing outside in the cold. But my booking is 12:00 and I arrive on time at 12:00, the door window also says the business hour starts from 12:00. They act very rude like I am unwelcome and let me standing outside in the cold, after waiting for 10 minutes, I give up waiting and find another restuarant.

Upon coming in they told us they’re fully booked even though we had a reservation, then they found us a table which they’ve given to someone else already, so had to wait for it to be cleared. First drinks were served after an hour and food came an hour later. It was only after 22:00 when it started getting more empty that we received proper attention from the staff. Towards the end there was some argument amongst staff and there was loud banging noise from the dishes in the kitchen and one of the staff came out to us to apologize.
