Zeer bijzonder eten. Correcte bediening. Aparte sfeer door het geheel afwezig zijn van daglicht op een zeer zonnige dag.
Prachtig opgemaakte borden, uitstekende smaken, perfecte balans maar weinig verrassend.
Sfeer is inrichting louche achtig! Erg donker te …waardoor je t gevoel krijgt dat je in een niet pluis ruimte bevindt
Dat is erg jammer omdat het totaal concept van kookeilanden en heerlijke zithoeken niet tegoed doet.
Aanbeveling om daarin meer licht punten bijvoorbeeld met kunst en spots te plaatsen.

About Graphite
Graphite is the first speakeasy restaurant in the Netherlands and is located in the Paardenstraat near Rembrandtplein. The restaurant is mysterious and hard to find. So you have to look for a door with a scanner and take your QR code with you.
The setting in the restaurant is reminiscent of bars at the time of the American reclamation. An intimate yet spacious restaurant with a clubby atmosphere, loud music and dimmed lights. A mysterious environment.
