Heerlijk gegeten op een zondagavond bij PIT. Bediening was op zich ook prima, maar iets persoonlijker contact met de klant zou wat mij betreft mogen. Datzelfde geldt voor de sfeer; op zich prima, maar iets te gewoontjes in verhouding tot de kwaliteit van het eten dat je krijgt opgediend.
Creatieve appetizers en gerechten, vriendelijk en bekwaam personeel. Vreemd genoeg geen jonge jenever beschikbaar en gerecht met spruitjes viel uit de toon bij de andere gerechten. Onduidelijk of dit een soepje was of een spruitjes gerecht met veel saus. Maar al bij al zeker het geld waard.
We kwamen daar voor t eerst maar niet voor t laatst! We hebben een heerlijke avond gehad. Het eten was verrukkelijk. Leuk is dat de kok heel creatief kookt met verrassende combinaties van bijzondere ingrediënten.
De begeleidende wijnen waren ook top.
De sfeer is gezellig en ongedwongen, evenals de bediening. Kortom: het hele plaatje klopte.
