Verrassend gegeten bij PIT. We hadden het all - inclusive 3-gangen met vooraf borrel & bites, een amuse, pre dessert en koffie met lekkers en tafel water voor €49,- Prijs kwaliteit goed. Wijnen niet bijzonder maar niet zeker slecht voor die prijs.
We hebben heerlijk gegeten in een hele prettige ontspannen sfeer.
Het 6 gangen verrassingsmenu was subliem, op het hoofdgerecht na. De amuses (geitenkaas-biet, falafel,, garnaal) voorgerechten (haring: heerlijk!, zwaardvis, schol), tussengerecht (coquille), kazen en desert (witte chocola), waren uit-de-kunst! Het hoofdgerecht stak daar ietswat saai tegen af (entrecote), waarbij de zwezerik wel weer erg goed was bereid. Ook de friandises waren origineel en zeer smaakvol.
De bediening was daarentegen niet op niveau. Vanwege de prijzen van het eten, die grenzen aan die van een Michelinsterren-restaurant, verwacht je in de watten te worden gelegd. Echter voldoet de bediening niet aan deze maatstaf. De eigenaresse is een goede gastvrouw, het jonge knulletje van 16 was aandoenlijk maar hoort (nog) niet in de bediening thuis. De nonchalanche van de andere dame was ons inziens niet passend bij het niveau van het eten. Jammer!
Vanwege het eten zou ik direct weer een bezoek brengen aan Pit maar hopelijk is tegen die tijd, de bedienende staf wel op niveau.
