Tijdens de restaurant week gegeten, echt een aanrader! Niet te groot restaurant, en ook niet zo schreeuwerig zoals veel restaurants in de pijp hebben. Gewoon gezellig genieten.

The dessert (poached pears) was too sweet for our taste, and the cod in beurre blanc was a bit too rich (something acidic was needed in that dish to cut through the fat). But everything else was outstanding. The artichoke dish was to die for! Overall, an adventurous and extremely competent chef. But supper was awfully slow. We had the 5 course menu, and expected to be there for quite a while. But all told, supper took almost 4 hours, which is just too long. We were getting rather tired by the end.
Prima woensdagavond bij Graham's kitchen. Enthousiaste bediening. Restaurantweekmenu, dus hoefden weinig te kiezen. Vijf gangen met behoorlijke porties, mooi opgemaakt. Graham zelf hielp in de bediening vanwege een nekblessure na een scooterongeval (beterschap!). Vooral zeeduivel erg lekker. Goede bijpassende wijnen. Zeker een aanrader.
