Het was echt een heerlijke avond. Goed eten, zeer vriendelijk personeel, een leuk restaurant met goede sfeer en een super-leuke Graham.
We really enjoyed our meal here. Creative dishes, great service, wine pairings were well-matched, good value for money. Graham was great to chat with. The only downside was the noise level. Some sound absorbing materials would be helpful. Despite this, we would definitely come back again.

De keuken is open, zo kan je tijdens het eten de koks observeren hoe ze werken - als je dit leuk vindt uiteraard. Het restautant is sfeervol en je kan makkelijk zien wat de 'roots' (Liverpool) van Graham zijn.
Het eten wordt met aandacht bereid en de presentatie is uitstekend!
Het enige minpunt is de prijs van de wijnen. Voor de rest een topplek!
