Ook hier een creatie op je bord waarin aan alle facetten van een product gedacht wordt: kleur, geur, textuur, temperatuur... maar het doel lijkt de samenhang die in je mond ontstaat. Daarbij ook wel eens fijn dat er niet te makkelijk met zuur en zoet gegoocheld wordt. Heerlijk subtiel!
