Great food and service
Fantastische avond gehad bij Graham's Kitchen. Er hangt een ongedwongen sfeer in het restaurant, de bediening is attent en vriendelijk. Het eten was super. Een heerlijke combinatie van smaken en geuren. Ook de vega's komen uitstekend aan hun trekken. Een absolute aanrader, we komen zeker terug.
In het kader van de restaurantweek hadden we gereserveerd op 20 maart 2018 in Graham's Kitchen. We werden zeer hartelijk ontvangen en kregen van meerdere personeelsleden een hand wat van mij trouwens niet hoeft.

Het volume van de muziek stond op gemiddeld en wat mij betreft mocht het een tikje zachter. De lichtsterkte van lampen stond op 'romantisch' wat natuurlijk handig is als je daar mede bent om iemand te versieren.
Het voorgerecht was een tonijnsalade en die was ronduit fantastisch! Het hoofdgerecht was Angus Beef en dat was voortreffelijk. Toen we na afloop aan de chef vroegen hoe hij het zo mals gekregen had zei hij 'sous vide'. Zo'n apparaat gaan we nu ook kopen.
Ik was vergeten om te vertellen dat ik niet van zoet hou en het nagerecht (ijs, een soort karamel en dergelijke) was niet aan mij besteed. Mijn vrouw heeft beide borden schoon opgegeten en ze kan nu weer aan de lijn.
Hoe dan ook, als je indruk wilt maken op iemand of gewoon alleen lekker wilt eten, kun je daar gerust reserveren. Het zou me verbazen als het je zou tegenvallen. We gaan vast nog eens terug.
