Gisteren met familie ( jaarlijkse samenkomst) in Edam gegeten na een bezoek aan de Zaanse schans. De uitstraling aan de buitenkant van het pand wilt niet altijd zeggen wat er binnen is. Het eten was meer dan voortreffelijk. De compositie op de borden zag er erg mooi uit. Er staat daar een goede kokkin in de keuken. Zeker een aanrader. Wij komen er zeker nog een keer terug.
