Heerlijk gegeten voor een leuke prijs. Veel speciale gerechtjes en een uitgebreid menu (met de mogelijkheid om een extra gang te nemen).
"Une adresse qui vaut le détour" , zoals de Michelingids dat zo netjes zegt
Absolute top in Noord-Nederland , doordacht gebruik van lokale ( Friese ) producten ,
zeer geslaagd 5-gangen+wijn arrangement , een must voor wie van lekker tafelen houdt ; de prijzen zijn niet exuberant
Gisteravond heerlijk gegeten in de Herberg van Smallingerland. Het menu was uitstekend, gevarieerd en in balans met een amuse vooraf. Feitelijk was alles perfect: Kwaliteit van het eten,bediening en ambiance. De kennismaking met dit restaurant is zodanig dat we zeker terugkomen!
Heerlijke avond gehad met goede vrieden. Prima service, voldoende wijnkennis en lekkere gerechten. Kortom, een fijn avondje uit.
Het restaurant zat vol en was zeer lawaaierig,later op de avond werd het rustiger.
Verder was de bediening zeer vriendelijk en het eten prima.
We hebben met vrienden een gezellige avond gehad,konden elkaar in het begin
alleen niet goed verstaan.

Right next to the restaurant is Teades Plak, an intimate holiday home for 2 persons with a luxurious bathroom with whirlpool with massage jets and a spacious bedroom. The inn has been completely modernized, but retained with authentic details. In the living room you can enjoy an atmospheric stove and with a cooking island in the kitchen you will feel at home quickly.
An ideal place to retreat for a while. An arrangement where you can enjoy culinary delights and spend the night in your own inn. Really some time for yourself and for each other. In short, a wonderful place to relax and unwind.
