Read full reviewDit was een heerlijk uitje. Het eten was erg lekker en werd geserveerd op locatie in het verrassend ruime appartement. Beginnend met amuses bij aankomst, gevolgd van een 4-gangen menu (de soep was vooral super!) met 2 flessen wijn. Ontbijt was voor eigen bereiding in de keuken, met alles wat je kon wensen, zelfs een professionele espresso apparaat. Helaas werkte de open haard niet en de water jets in het 2-persoon jaccuzi deden het ook niet. Maar we hebben alsnog genoten van de bubbles. We kunnen deze dinner/overnachting combinatie zonder meer aanbevelen!
We hebben een heerlijk 4-gangen diner gehad, met vooraf twee lekkere amuses en stokbrood met boter. De keuken was erin geslaagd om spannende smaken te combineren.
De opmaak van de borden waren plaatjes en Marijke kon ons goed vertellen wat er lag.
We hebben een fijne avond gehad.

Elk gerecht was een spannende samenvallen van smaken, uitstekend bij elkaar passend. Voor het oog de presentatie op het boord was een kunstwerk ! We hebben genoten van de coquilles, de zwezerik, de parelhoen. De superlatieven hielden niet op - de kok is een echte kunstenaar. Daarnaast is de wijnkaart een goede aanvulling. De sfeer in de oude voorkamer van de oude herberg ademt geschiedenis, raffinement , élégance . Vriendelijke deskundige bediening...
We zullen zeker vaker komen!
we hebben hier zee goed gegeten. komen helemaal niet uit deze omgeving maar het was voor herhaling vatbaar.
