Het hoofdgerecht was drie stukken te droog varkensvlees. Het dessert was popcornijs met een kippenvelletje. Het ijs was gesmolten, de popcorn taai en de combi met kippenvel was niet lekker. Van de 7-gangen waren er 3 geslaagd. De borden/kommen en wijze van garnering was bij sommige gerechten niet echt geslaagd. Vooral de uitgesmeerde kaas over een een snijplankje met twee hoopjes vijgenpuree.
Er werd alleen water aangeboden voor de niet-wijn drinkers en er was geen sommelier of wijnadvies. Er leek niet echt verbinding te zijn tussen de bediening en het eten/de chef, en dat maakte de beleving al met al wat minder.
Gastvrij ontvangen en heerlijke lunch met bijpassende wijnen. Top!
