Publique is niet meer wat het geweest is. We hadden een 5 gangen diner. Zeer kleine gerechtjes. Het hoofdgerecht was 2 kleine stukjes eend. Zonder groenten of iets. Zeer weinig. Ik moest thuis nog wat boterhammen smeren. Vroeger was de sfeer beter en smaakte het eten beter. Waarschijnlijk een andere kok. Goedkoop is het ook niet. €100 per persoon. Gewoon niet in verhouding voor wat je krijgt.
Geweldige gerechten. Dingen die je nooit zou bedenken, zoals gepofte watermeloen en saus van gefermenteerde tomaat. Ook heerlijke kazen.
Heerlijk gegeten met fijne bediening.
