m.n het hoofdgerecht: gebraden eendenborst was uit de kunst (hoewel ik dat meer vind passen bij de herfst dan in de zomer). Het eten was mooi opgediend. De wijn-spijs combinatie was redelijk goed, maar weinig verrassend. De bediening was correct en dreunde hun verhaal op.De persoonlijke aandacht aan tafel van de gastheer zelf maakte dat weer goed. Verder zaten de tafeltjes te dicht op elkaar.
Heerlijk gegeten! Gerechten waren mooi op elkaar afgestemd. Smaken waren heel puur en vers. Er werd totaal niet moeilijk gedaan over menu aanpassing ter plekke voor een zwangere in het gezelschap en verlate komst wegens file. Timing van opdienen prima. Bediening super. Kortom: aanrader! Voor herhaling vatbaar.
Ondanks de enorme grote bezetting perfect rustige, adequate, vriendelijke én deskundige bediening.
Eten van goede kwaliteit, bijpassend wijnarrangement met zorg uitgekozen.
