Wij hebben hier heerlijk gegeten, verrassend veel mooi opgemaakte en zeer smaakvolle amuses ter aanvulling. Gebruik van 'vergeten groentes' op verschillende wijze bereid (schuim, gepoft etc.) mag je er misschien verwachten maar waren allemaal voortreffelijk gepresenteerd en prachtig van smaak. Evenals het menu! Ook een mooi bijpassend wijnarrangement. Alles klopte, absoluut voor herhaling vatbaar!
Na een paar jaar weer een bezoek gebracht bij Marco Poldervaart terug in Harlingen in het lieve Havenmantsje Weer genoten van het smaakfestijn bij de uitgebreide lunch. Heerlijk en een rede om met genoegen Harlingen te bezoeken en te gaan genieten.
door gelukkig toeval mochten wij 2 x in 1 week genieten van een lunch en, bijna identiek, diner. Niet erg want 2 x lekker =heel lekker. Door de vele technieken en niet alledaagse producten een ware culinaire ontdekkingsreis. Door de vele amuses en appetizers hebben we 4 uur getafeld bij een 3-gangenmenu. Speciale lof voor de service en professionele bediening.
