We had a great lunch in De Compagnon with a delitious lobster salad perfectly matching with tomato sorbet and tender cod. Home-made ice-cream and selection of cheese was an awesome closure of the meal. The place itself is rather unique located in the old Dutch house on the water. We enjoyed it a lot.

We hebben genoten van een zeer luxe en verzorgd menu in de restaurantweek, met als creatief hoogtepunt het voorgerecht met kreeft. Voorafgaand aan het menu heerlijk brood, olijven, truffelboter en 2 amuses. Veel keuzemogelijkheden van wijn per glas. Deskundige, vriendelijke bediening, die ietwat in aandacht verslap...

Heerlijk gegeten met een prachtig verrassend menu! Veel en variende aperatieven en een heerlijke wijn. Ik let ook op de kleine details van de service en de gastvrouw heeft ons de gehele avond 'verzorgd'. Al met al een leuk restaurant met hele goede service en heerlijke gerechten!

I had huge expectations for lunch at your place, but you have done even more than that.
Each of 4 courses were unbeliveilable.
I will recommend you to my parents, which are coming to Amsterdam in October.

Delicious dishes, very well presented.
Service always kind and friendly, but it takes a bit too long to attract their attention.
The athmosphere is really nice
