We kenden de bistrobar al van Ouderkerk a/d Amstel en Amsterdam, de verwachtingen werden volledig waargemaakt. Goed eten, geweldig interieur. We zaten in de keuken aan de Chef’s table, geweldig, maar we zaten daardoor ook een beetje in een vergeten hoekje qua bediening. De zeer enthousiaste en vrolijke bediening compenseerde dat echter ruimschoots.
