Het was weer een feest. Om te zien en te proefen. Wat een genot!
Amuses erg goed.
Rauwe coquille was niet echt verrassend en de begeleidende wijn (echt teveel citrus) maakte het geheel te bitter.
Hoofdgerecht (kalfsvlees) nog niet eerder zo goed gegeten.
Kaasbordje was een teleurstelling, lijkt wel of men niet gewend is dat gasten zelf kiezen. Moeilijk te zien in die onhandige...

Kaasbordje was een teleurstelling, lijkt wel of men niet gewend is dat gasten zelf kiezen. Moeilijk te zien in die onhandige glazen kubus en als iemand dat zegt "zeg het maar" zonder enige uitleg, ook later aan tafel niet, maakt het natuurlijk niet 2 ster waardig zo.
Dessert prima.

Modern and luxurious restaurant: Parkheuvel**, led by the Van Loo family, situated in a park with wonderful views over the river Maas and not far from Rotterdam's city centre.
Parkheuvel restaurant has recently been restyled by the architect Thed Konings in a refined and intimate interior, French art deco style.
Parkheuvel´s capacity is 75 seats. Furthermore there is a separate, intimate salon where companies can be received.
Harmonious gastronomy of a refined taste and rich with subtle aroma is this establishment's goal, in order to please the most spoiled customers.
