A true gem of good taste. We ended our evening walk last night spontaneously at this restaurant. We didn't have any special requirements, especially since usually the restaurants next to the hotel have much better reviews than the food. What was our surprise when we started this taste journey. The succulent olives, delighted our taste buds. Amuse-buse refreshed us and surprised us, especially with the texture. Our favorite was the salmon, the dish was composed so that each bite tasted different. Exquisite entertainment. Langoustines - the first whiff of autumn, juxtaposed with pumpkin, mushrooms lined with curry had a tremendous amount of flavor with a hint of melancholy of the ending summer. Pork - beautifully balanced in flavor. It was associated with the harvest festival. Finally, dessert - sweet and refreshing. Classic late summer fruits and chocolate with an interesting twist.
Noteworthy is the young but very dedicated staff.
Wine paring was uncompetitive with the dishes, in our opinion it should have been more complementary.
In the overall assessment, the restaurant, service and dinner - a very strong 5. We will definitely visit it again.
