Het verrassingsmenu in de restaurantweek vonden wij (4 personen) tegenvallen qua smaak en hoeveelheid. De prijzen voor de extra´s zoals de koffie (met verrassing) waren aan de vrij hoge kant.
Jammer, wij hadden er meer van verwacht.
In het kader van de restaurantweek ben ik bij Savarin gaan eten omdat deze goed stond aangeschreven in de Gault Millau. Ik vond het helaas erg teleurstellend. Read full reviewIn het kader van de restaurantweek ben ik bij Savarin gaan eten omdat deze goed stond aangeschreven in de Gault Millau. Ik vond het helaas erg teleurstellend. De kaart zag er in eerste instantie veelbelovend uit, helaas werd dit niet voortgezet. Ik vond de gerechten naar zo zo. Het voorgerecht was te zout en niet erg harmonieus, het hoofdgerecht was niet verrassend en miste saus naar mijn idee en het nagerecht, het flensje hier totaal niet lekker. Ook waren de porties aan de karige kant. Dan nog even over de bediening, deze kwam duidelijk direct van de hotelschool en miste duidelijk nog persoonlijkheid en sociale vaardigheden.
Al met al een grote teleurstelling naar mijn idee en zal niet meer terugkomen.
Wij hebben genoten van het diner en de heerlijke wijn. De maître sommelier ontving ons allervriendelijkst. Mooie plek voor een fijne avond uit.
