We hadden voor het menu van de chef gekozen en mijn gast wilde eerst naar een ander bekend restaurant vanwege de keuzeveiligheid maar hebben we daarna afgesproken toch het risico te nemen en de keuze aan de chef van ons onbekend Olio over te laten. En dat was uiteindelijk een prima besluit. Het eten was voortreffelijk, de bediening deskundige en vriendelijk en de sfeer warm en sjiek. De gerechten werden niet te snel achter elkaar geserveerd maar ook niet te langzaam en werden ook met een paar amuses en tussengerechten verrast. Al met al een zeer geslaagde avond. Olio was voor ons dus de eerste keer maar zeker niet de laatste keer.
